Just contact us at TheAthletic.com/contact-support describing what happened and including the last 4 digits and expiration date of the card that was charged.
If you purchased a subscription using Apple Pay, please open your Settings app and tap Wallet & Apple Pay>Email and let us know what email is listed.
Please check to see if you paid us directly or subscribed through in-app purchase on iOS or Android.
You can view your iOS subscriptions like so:
- Open your Settings app on your iOS device
- Click on the iTunes & App Store section
- Click on your Apple ID
- Click the View My Apple ID Option
- Click on Subscriptions
- Click on The Athletic subscription
You can view your Android subscriptions like so:
- Open your Google Play app
- Choose Subscriptions from the menu
- Choose The Athletic from the list
