- Ensure there are sufficient funds in the account associated with the card you are using to purchase from our website
- Reconfirm all card information related to CVC, recently updated billing address(s) and ensure this information matches the records your banking institution also have on file
- If you are still encountering issues updating your payment method and continue to receive failed payment notifications, please contact your bank for more information
To update payment information for all transactions and accounts created using Paypal, Apple, Android, you will need to log in to each of these respective accounts.

That says a lot about your "Help" pages.
I have done everything that you suggestions tell me to do. I know the numbers are correct because I'm reading them directly off of my debit card. Why can't I just call someone and have you correct it. You say customer service, this is not customer service
