Whether or not you have a paid subscription or previously signed up for a free trial, make sure that you are logged in to The Athletic account with the same email address that the marketing email or daily newsletter was sent to. Being logged in with a different account will cause the unsubscribe link to fail. If you continue to have trouble, email us at email@example.com with the email address you used to create the account.
