If you've purchased a gift and the recipient has not yet received it, there are several actions available for you at theathletic.com/settings under your Payment History.
Check the email address a gift was sent to:
For any gift subscription that was set up to be delivered to an email address, you can hover your mouse over the words Gift Card to reveal the name and email address that you provided for the recipient.
Resend a gift:
For any gift subscription that was set up to be delivered to an email address, you can choose to Resend the gift by clicking Resend Gift next to your gift purchase.
Gifts sent through email have a Redeem Now button that the recipient can click to apply the gift subscription to their account.
Download a gift:
If you purchased a Print gift and have not received the Printable PDF in your email yet, you can click Download Gift to download the Printable PDF directly. You can then send this PDF directly to your gift recipient.
If the listed email address for a gift you intended to be sent to an email address is incorrect, you can simply download the Printable PDF and send it directly to them.
Printable Gifts include instructions for the recipient to redeem their gift code at theathletic.com/redeem.
