Podcasts

You can find all your podcasts in the Listen tab of The Athletic app or by clicking the Podcasts button at the top right of TheAthletic.com! Your podcasts are listed In order of recency so you can hear the most breaking news and analysis from your favorite sources. New episodes of podcasts that you follow will also show up right in Your Feed in The Athletic app. You can of course listen to most episodes in your favorite 3rd party podcast player such as Overcast on iOS or Google Podcasts on Android.

                   

After tapping on a podcast to play it, you can bring up the Now Playing screen to access features like playback speed and sleep timers by tapping the Now Playing bar at the bottom of the app. You can delete downloaded episodes by tapping the ... on any podcast episode screen then Remove Download. Swipe down on the Cover Art to dismiss the Now Playing screen. To play podcasts on TheAthletic.com, click the Podcasts icon in the navigation bar at the top right of the screen.
