Please take a moment to make sure you are using the most current version of the app. Please then log out and back into your account through the app (see video below).

Once logged in, if you still don't have access please visit your settings to ensure you are logged into an account with a subscription.
NOTE: If one-step checkout was used with your initial purchase, your account is likely affiliated with the email tied to your payment method.
If you purchased your subscription through in-app purchase with the App Store on iOS, your subscription may become disconnected from the app after changing devices or other circumstances. To reconnect your subscription, tap Account at the bottom right of the app. Scroll down the list and tap the button that says Restore Purchases.
